We have been very busy trying to find a house here in England. We have it down to 2 maybe 3 homes. We are going to look at our last one today in about 40 minutes. We found this really unique English Victorian home about 15 minutes from base. Its really neat, the only huge draw back is that all the doors are very low for our 6'4" Bill. He has to bend over going through all the door ways. He's trying to decide if he can sacrafice the bending over for the next 3 to 4 years. This house has a really cool "cooker" as they call them, stove as we know it. It also has a cellar, with a wine rack, one of my favorite parts ;-). And it has a pretty big apple tree in the back garden (yard). It has four bedroom, a dining room, living room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with breakfast table, and a fire place. The second house is in Mildenhall about 5 minutes from base. It has 4 bedrooms, a living room iwth big bay window, kitchen (no fancy cooker), 2.5 bathrooms (only one wiht shower which would be in our room, downfall), a big family room and seperate dining room. It also has a rather big garden in the back(they are all fenced in). This house is just a basic house we could find in the states. Okay, well we just got back from looking at the other house in Isleham. IT WAS HUGE!! It reminded me of Sound of Music and the whole time we were walking through the house I wants to bust out in song. We pretty much left saying it was just too big for us. We dont want to have to use all our utility allowance on actually utilities. So, its between the first two above.....if you have any suggestions please let us know, we are having a hard time figuring out which one we want.
*We're headed to Bury St. Edmond's Weds and Cambridge on Saturday so hopefully I can get this internet to work to post some pictures, otherwise I guess we will have to wait alittle longer*

Hey Kelly and Bill you are so awesome, this is the neatest thing I mean England and your blog. O love your house choice that is online and two pink bedrooms and blue one, something to think about! You look like you are adapting well and Kelly is learning the lingo! Ella and the cereal, hmmmm did she eat it, actually get any in her mouth! Take care and enjoy yourself!
The pictures of that first house are gorgeous! Obviously it might be hard for Bill to have to duck through the doors, but I do think the house is really cute! We hope all is going well over there and that you are enjoying yourselves so far! :) We miss you guys!
Kelly,
We love your blog and your diligence in keeping it updated. My, how Ella has grown! Choosing a house is easy, making it your home is the hard part. We’re sure that you, Bill, and Ella will make the best choice for your family. Good Luck!
Love you and God bless,
Your favorite aunt and uncle, Ellen & Tom.
