I ordered several things from Target for Ella and they came in this week. One of them was her first own Signing Time DVD! We do not let Ella watch T.V. and since we dont even own one right now its pretty easy to keep it that way. However, my friend, Kim told me about these DVD's and I think they are GREAT! I have been signing to Ella since birth, we do the basic signs, milk, eat, more, drink, thank you, please, mommy and daddy. At least those are the ones I focus on. I keep reading that they should be able to sign back anytime around 9 months so Im patiently waiting to get my first sign. I think she understands them bc whenever I sign more she gets all excited especially when it means more cheerios!!
