Since it was our last Christmas in England we wanted to make it as English as possible. I decided to be brave a roast a lamb. I was so so so nervous all day Christmas in hopes that I had enough information on how to roast a lamb. If you over cook a lamb its AWFUL!!! so perfection was the key. Needless to say it was oh so yummy and our roasted veg was just as good. It was a perfect ending to a perfect last (sigh) Christmas in England.
